1 one may start from any conventionally defined five-fold symmtry (around a specific center, center of blue star,)or on-five fold symmerric  penrose tile , either pentagonal or circular shape.as shown in fig 1

2 random Stochastic asymmetry paralleling translational (or slant shift) coupling (as shown ih fig 2)

3 Make a slice fragment that will be used to make the next 1/5 Penrose tile (SEE REF 1 )

4 Rotation of this sement 72 ,144, 216 ,288 degrees and slicing coupling formng a larger penrose tiling, defect free , but not a mirror symmetry.

5. REPLANCE CENTER AREA BY FIG 3

5. Repeated the same procedure and abke to create an even larger Penrose tiling.

6. wITH SIMILAE TECHNIQUE a non-five-fold, non mirror symmetry binary Penrose tiling can be made (reach to infinity) fig 5
